We understand that everyone has different wants and needs when it comes down to travelling for their hair transplant. Some people will prefer our chaperone service with Tony who handles everything with you whilst in Istanbul. Others will prefer to fly alone, others make a small vacation out of it and travel with a partner, friends or family. Either way whatever suits you can be organised. Our extremely popular Chaperone service with Tony gives you the opportunity to relax and let an expert handle everything, from start to finish from questions and answers over dinner in the hotel the evening of arrival, to the interview with the doctors regarding your hairline, aftercare tips and much more. This Chaperone service is personally delivered by Tony.
Often favoured by those clients who don’t really want to think about anything Tony will help you fly through the process, eliminating any worries or stress. Hair Transplant Solutions organise these trips monthly. There is the option to meet Tony at Manchester Airport to start the hair transplant journey or Tony can also meet clients traveling from other UK airports at Istanbul airport or the hotel.
Dates for future chaperone trips are available on request. A small percentage of our clients also ask if they can take their wife, partner, friend, parent etc. which we can accommodate. There is no extra charges in the hotel for this. The only extra cost is for the flight to cover your travel companions.

The main reason why people choose the chaperone service is because Tony accompanies you during your consultation with the doctor and is an extremely experienced hairdresser with 40 years experience in the hair industry. He has a great understanding of the facial physiology, muscle movement and the general understanding of the aesthetic reasons as to why the hairline needs to be positioned correctly. Tony also spent the last 10 years studying hair transplantation. His understanding of the medical and artistic side of planning your hair transplant is a huge bonus when you are planning to have a hair transplant procedure. Tony has been involved in the hairline design for all the clients results on the website and hundreds more over the years.

Our virtual chaperone service is a door-to-door service with Tony in touch with you every step of the way. Prior to the trip, your pre-designed hairline will be created by Tony and agreed by the doctors before you travel. This is done by videoing the forehead and raising and lowering the eyebrows to see the natural muscle movement and shape of your face and forehead, to give the most natural hairline.
Before you travel, Tony will make sure you have all the information you need including meeting point information with pictures and a video of where you will be meeting your Chauffeur. He will be in constant communication with you from landing until you are with your chauffeur, and you are at the hotel. The clinic is only 2 minutes from the hotel for easiness. Tony will then give you your timetable for when you need to be at the clinic for your appointment.

Please read our key below to understand our calendar dates
Chaperone Service (with Tony Owen) - requires a 2 night stay. So fly out on one of the first 3 dates on the calendar which will be your first day, your procedure on the second day and return home on the third day.
Virtual Chaperone Service (free WhatsApp assitance with Tony Owen) - requires a 2 night stay. Fly out on your first day, your procedure on the second day and return home on the third day. So allow 3 days in total on the calendar.
Hair procedures not available Saturday and Sunday and other dates in this colour.
Other clinic services are available with departures and arrivals.

Itinerary...
The below itinerary is based on 2 nights stay and our popular chaperone service. For our virtual chaperone service Tony will communicate all relevent timings with you. For additional night stays the process is the same as below but you will have an extra day(s) and night(s) in Istanbul to enjoy the City prior to your procedure.
1
DAY
Fly to Istanbul.
Arrival and meet the chauffeur.
Travel to the Clinic for blood tests than back to the hotel.
Meet for dinner.
Tony arranges and communicates the time of your consultation and procedure for the following day.
2
DAY
Tony will individually take each client for their consultation before their procedure.
Your hairline and transplant design will be discussed and decided with Tony, the doctor and yourself.
Once your operation is finished, you will be taken back to the hotel to rest and then join the group on the chaperone trip along with Tony for dinner.
3
DAY
Travel back to the clinic for head wash and aftercare. Tony will organise the pickup time for you to be taken back to the airport and you will then travel home.
